Nacimos con el objetivo de hacer llegar una prestación odontológica adaptada y de calidad a todas aquellas personas que no pueden o quieren desplazarse a una clínica dental, para garantizar el derecho universal a una sonrisa sana. Acerca de esta posición
Estamos creciendo mucho lo que significa que cada vez más atendemos a más personas y en más territorios y queremos hacerlo con el mismo compromiso y rigor del primer día, lo que hace del Planner un rol clave dentro del equipo de operaciones pues es el responsable de planificar las agendas y rutas del equipo médico y cumplir con el estándar de calidad que nos autoexigimos.

Buscamos personas resolutivas, implicación, pasión por el trabajo que realizan, comprometidas con el sector social y con muchas ganas de trabajar.
Se encargará de la planificación, la gestión, el control, la distribución, la asignación y el seguimiento de los tratamientos recibidos por parte de los distintos clientes, realizando un trabajo conjunto y colaborativo con los profesionales que intervienen (equipo médico, servicios de atención al cliente y los mismos clientes) realizando un reporte continuo al responsable del departamento.
En dependencia del Director de Operaciones, algunas de las funciones principales serán: Priorizar la distribución a realizar y la asignación de tratamientos al personal médico (planificación y priorización).
Evaluar la carga de trabajo existente, los tipos de tratamientos y sus tiempos, las rutas y distancias y la disponibilidad de recursos que permitan cumplir con los tiempos establecidos.
HORARIO
De lunes a jueves de 8h a 17h / 9h a 18h y Viernes de 8h a 14h
Posibilidad de teletrabajar 1 día a la semana

Experiência mínima: Al menos 2 años
REQUISITOS. Lo que debes tener:
- Al menos 2 años de experiência laboral en una función administrativa y / o de planificación.
- Experiência trabajando con CRM, Google Sheets, MS Excel.
- Facilidad de palabra y orientación al cliente.
- Adaptabilidad a procesos cambiantes y mejora de herramientas deseable.
- Catalán y castellano nível conversación.
Es un plus:
- Experiência en departamentos de operaciones, logística o ciclo formativo relacionado.
- Conocimiento del sector odontológico.
- Poder conversar en inglés.
