Buscamos personas con frescura, implicación, pasión por su trabajo, comprometidas con el sector social y con muchas ganas de trabajar. Se encargará de la Planificación, gestión, el control, la distribución, la asignación y el seguimiento de todos los “tratamientos” recibidos por parte de los distintos clientes, realizando un trabajo conjunto y colaborativo con los diferentes departamentos, doctores y agentes, realizando un reporte continuo al responsable del departamento. Salari anual de 175000 a 20000 eu.
Balanceo de los tratamiento aceptados. Confirmación de pedidos y contacto con clientes a nível nacional. Gestión de herramientas de planificación. Monitorizar y comunicar el plan de producción al área de operaciones Asignar los tratamientos a los doctores, según la fuerza de trabajo, las distancias y las rutas programadas. Planificación y análisis del coste de las rutas y tratamientos. Coordinación de necesidades de cada clientes y doctor. Resolución de incidencias planteadas por los doctores. Asistencia a reuniones semanales. Análisis de datos y kPI del departamento, para mejorar procesos. Dar soporte directo a la responsable del departamento en el liderazgo del equipo. Gestionar el proceso de planificación de agendas (diario / semanal / mensual). Administrar las prioridades de órdenes de tratamientos. Colaboración en la planificación de la demanda con otros departamentos: ventas internas de clientes, compras, responsables de fabricación, departamento de calidad.
- Experiència 6 mesos. 1 año en departamentos de operaciones, gestionando grandes volúmenes de partidas, rutas, logística y análisis de impacto.
