Job Responsibilities:

- Iberia Indirect Spend Category (ies) management.
- CAPEX/OPEX negotiations preparation and execution.
- Source to Pay Process management for assigned Plants (as of > EUR 10k).
- Purchase to Pay process management for assigned plants.
- Materials Management, including Spare Parts warehouse and headcount.
- Supplier Relationship Management, including and annual evaluation.

**Requirements**:

- Spend Category and Source to Purchase to Pay.
- ERP S/4 Hana (MM Module), Office and.
- Supplier Chain Management. Sharepoint
- Foreign languages (i.e., Local language PT/ES and EN - minimum B2 level).
- University degree in Supply Chain and/or Industrial management.

KPI’S
- Cost Savings for assigned Spend categories (Provalido)
- Cost Avoidance for Plants CAPEX/OPEX (all) (Provalido)
- S2P Process adherence (% Retro-PO) (GBS Power BI)
- P2P Invoices auto-match (% auto-match) (GBS Power BI)
- Supplier Evaluation (assigned Spend categories)
