Actualmente buscamos incorporar un/a **Internal Major Accounts Representative** a nuestro equipo en **Cornellá (Barcelona) con contrato temporal.** ¿Quieres ser tú?

**Como Internal Major Accounts Representative, te encargarás de**:

- Gestión y resolución de incidencias de clientes, principalmente relacionadas con facturación.
- Llevar a cabo la gestión de la cuenta de clientes.
- Proporcionar un servicio de atención al cliente para garantizar su satisfacción.
- Hacer seguimiento de los procesos administrativos y recopilación de información.

**¿Qué estamos buscando?**
- Formación relacionada con el puesto, con experiência en gestión y trato con clientes para la resolución de incidencia.
- Enfoque al servicio y satisfacción del cliente.
- Persona resolutiva, con capacidad de adaptación y mejora de procesos.
- Preferible dominio de SAP y herramientas MS Office (Excel).
- Imprescindible español nativo. Otros idiomas serán valorables: Portugués e Inglés.
