Des de Marlex, estem col-laborant amb una emergent empresa del territori, dedicada al lloguer vacacional d’alt stànding a l’Empordà, que actualment es troba en procés de cerca d’un/a BOOKINGS MANAGER, per incorporar de manera estable a la seva organització.

Quina serà la teva missió a l’empresa?

En dependència directa de Gerència, la persona seleccionada es responsabilitzarà de:

- Rebre, avaluar i registrar totes les sol-licituds dels clients potencials al CRM
- Elaborar propostes personalitzades (data, allotjament, condicions, etc) segons la petició
- Realitzar el follow-up de totes les sol-licituds pendents de confirmació
- Gestionar els detalls de la reserva (contracte, pagament, serveis complementaris, etc) i coordinar l’arribada dels hostes amb el responsable d’operacions
- Mantenir el contacte amb els clients durant i després de la seva estança
- Assessorar als clients sobre el catàleg d’experiències i serveis, així com organitzar-ne les activitats que se’n derivin
- Supervisar la posada a punt dels allotjaments. Realitzar check-in i check-out

Al perfil seleccionat se li ofereix:

- Estabilitat contractual. Incorporació directa a la plantilla de l’empresa
- Oportunitat d’ocupar una posició de responsabilitat, dinàmica, amb projecció i possibilitats reals de desenvolupament professional
- On boarding a càrrec de l’empresa
- Contracte indefinit i a temps complert
- Salari negociable (fixe + variable) segons experiència i coneixements aportats
- Posició híbrida (segons necessitats), presencial + teletreball
- Disposes de formació en Turisme, ADE o similar
- Tens una experiència mínima de 3 anys en hospitality, gestió de reserves, luxury, etc.
- Domines el català, el castellà i l’anglès parlats i escrits perfectament (imprescindible)
- Bon nívell d’Excel, Google Drive, Hubspot i software de gestió hotelera
- Ets un apassionat/da de l’Empordà i coneixes bé el territori (imprescindible)
- Ets una persona amb una clara orientació al client i als detalls, pro activa, compromesa amb els projectes, amb vocació de millora constant i bones habilitats comunicatives
- Disponibilitat per treballar els caps de setmana de juny a setembre
