- We are currently recruiting a Mill Sales Manager for Spain, whose main responsibility will be to drive top-line growth in the geographical area, improve existing customer satisfaction and increase our share of wallet at designated mills in the Paper industry. This position could be in any of our Valmet offices in Spain. (Zaragoza, Madrid, Bilbao, Barcelona)
- Your tasks:

- Sales- Establishes professional relationships with appropriate customer personnel such as Mill Management, Operations, Purchasing & Quality Assurance.-
- Responsible for selling a wide portfolio of Valmet improvement projects, performance parts, rebuilds, field services, and audits.-
- Provide first-class customer support identifying their potential areas of improvement in their operations processes.-
- Secure opportunities to quote on prospective agreements and obtain orders from existing and new potential customers, ensuring a profitable sales volume and strategic goals.-
- Provide sales forecast/budget for assigned accounts, record call reports, and understand the market and competition.-
- Responsible of the plan and executing business strategy and ensuring continuous growth. Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations.-
- Quality management or customer claim handling-
- Analyze and define the market for product growth. Maintain a market analysis defining the total market, company market share, competitor market share, and available market share by product market within the region.-
- Ensure the receivables are on time.- To succeed in this role, you will need:
- University degree in Engineering ( Paper Science/ Materials Science /Mechanical/Chemical)-
- Effective written and oral communication skills in English along with presentation, negotiation, and analytical skills. Knowledge of the Portuguese language is positive.-
- Sales experience is a desired skill set to ensure success in this position.-
- A good understanding of paper machinery and a strong knowledge of tissue-making products and technologies is an advantage.-
- A large portion of the traveling time fact from working closely with our customers.-
- Excellent motivation and attitude, and ability to achieve results under pressure-
