**FUNCIÓN PRINCIPAL**:
La figura de Field Service Engineer se ubica dentro del departamento de Marketing Estratégico, y estando bajo la supervisión del Field Service Manager, su principal cometido será el de dar un servicio de asistencia técnica completa a su zona asignada, desarrollando planes de acción y formación para la red comercial, participando activamente en el asesoramiento y ejecución de nuestros sistemas, organizando y asistiendo a eventos en colegios profesionales y ferias, y colaborando con los diferentes especialistas de líneas de producto de nuestra compañía siendo el referente técnico en zona del departamento.

**COMPETENCIAS PRINCIPALES**:

- Capacidad analítica y elaboración de soluciones reales de obra.
- Asesoramiento técnico inmediato y de calidad en todas las líneas de negocio de la compañía.
- Generar y mantener los vínculos con la red comercial y nuestros clientes que aporten valor añadido a la venta.
- Recoger información sobre las necesidades del mercado, clientes, actuaciones de la competencia y otros datos de interés.
- Seguimiento de proyectos singulares, desde la realización del arranque de obra hasta su entrega.
- Visión de negocio y capacidad para generar relaciones de confianza.
- Identificar oportunidades comerciales, entendiendo las necesidades de nuestro clientes.
- Evaluar los resultados obtenidos según las acciones implementadas en la zona y proponer mejoras de forma continua.
- Elaborar informes con nuestras soluciones y colaborar en la prescripción técnica de los productos.
- Gestión de posibles reclamaciones de nuestros clientes.
- Colaborar con el departamento de marketing para promocionar las líneas de productos.

**Requisitos**:

- Titulación universitaria en Arquitectura Técnica, Arquitectura, Ingeniería o formaciones complementarias relacionadas con el sector de la construcción.
- Experiência mínima de 3 años demostrable en obras de construcción.
- Permiso de conducir Clase B.
- Disponibilidad para viajar dentro de zona norte puntualmente a Castellón.
- Habilidades de comunicación e interpersonales.
- Orientación a resultados, ambición y espíritu competitivo.
- Capacidad analítica, de organización y gestión del tiempo.
- Conocimiento herramientas de ofimática y deseable CRM Salesforce.
- Trabajo en equipo y de forma autónoma.
- Ganas de aprender y de afrontar nuevos retos.
- Idiomas: deseable Inglés y valorable conocimiento de Italiano.
