**Responsabilidades**:
- Comprender las necesidades y objetivos del negocio de comercio electrónico y traducirlos en requerimientos técnicos para el equipo de IT.
- Priorizar los desarrollos y proyectos, considerando la velocidad del sector e-commerce y la capacidad del equipo de IT.
- Transmitir la urgencia adecuada al equipo para garantizar una respuesta rápida y efectiva ante situaciones críticas.
- Demostrar flexibilidad y adaptabilidad en las planificaciones, entendiendo que el entorno e-commerce puede ser impredecible.
- Mantener un trato cordial y respetuoso con los miembros del equipo, fomentando un ambiente de trabajo positivo y motivador.
- Poseer un conocimiento sólido de infraestructuras de servidores y programación, especialmente en entornos legacy como PHP y MySQL.
- Mostrar interés y disposición para liderar la transición hacia una nueva plataforma más actualizada, como Magento 2, para mejorar la eficiencia y escalabilidad del negocio.
- Dirigirás y gestionarás los equipos de desarrollo y el presupuesto para garantizar la entrega de proyectos en plazo, cumpliendo con nuestra hoja de ruta y estándares de calidad.
- Auditarás y mejorarás la infraestructura de nuestros sitios web y servicios para establecer un ecosistema seguro y escalable.
- Supervisarás el backlog tecnológico, coordinando la ejecución de sprints, despliegues, testing y documentación.
- Colaborarás día a día con el responsable de negocio para diseñar soluciones tecnológicas que cumplan con los requerimientos comerciales, en sintonía con los equipos de Dirección, Operaciones, Customer Care y Producto.
- Identificarás puntos de mejora y diseñarás procesos para mejorar la eficiencia y eficacia de los desarrollos del departamento IT.
- Estarás al día con las últimas tecnologías y tendencias del desarrollo web para garantizar que nuestro stack tecnológico siga siendo competitivo e innovador.
**Requisitos**:
- Al menos cinco años de experiência gestionando equipos de desarrollo.
- Amplia experiência en gestión y desarrollo en CMS orientados al eCommerce (Prestashop/Magento), APIs (REST/SOAP) y la infraestructura para soportarlo.
- Conocimientos en Cloud Computing (GCP), despliegue de aplicaciones en contenedores de software como Docker, Kubernetes.
- Capacidad de análisis de herramientas de Monitoring y APM (Datadog, NewRelic, Sentry, entre otras).
- Conocimientos y experiência en desarrollo de aplicaciones web basadas en PHP7, Symfony, MySQL, NodeJS.
- Experiência en Gestión de Proyectos, incluyendo la capacidad de priorizar y gestionar múltiples proyectos de forma simultánea.
- Habilidades comunicativas e interpersonales, facilidad para trabajar de forma colaborativa con equipos multidisciplinares.
- Capacidad de organización, con especial atención en los detalles y agilidad para adaptarse a un entorno de trabajo dinámico y en constante evolución.
- Capacidad para liderar y motivar a los equipos de desarrollo para cumplir con los objetivos del negocio.
