**Activités**
- Reporting to the Head of Asset Management, the Senior Asset Manager is a member of the Terib AM team and will work in daily coordination
with the Terib O&M Team (TAM Team). Upon hand-over by the Engineering Procurement and Construction team, he/she is responsible for the
following tasks linked to a given Terib SPVs portfolio:
? Lead the implementation of the Terib asset management policy (Budget, Long Term Plan, procurement, quality review.. etc) in coordination
with head of Asset Management and TAM team.
? Lead handover process for trespassing asset responsibility form EPC/PD to AM.
? Prepare and manage Budget for each SPV and monitor the assets financial performance in coordination with Terib Finance team. Manage
expenses in compliance with the asset Budget.
? Prepare the assets business model as required (LTP yearly exercise).
? Define and implement a strong performance monitoring culture. Optimize revenues by deploying the necessary tools for the supervision and
optimization of assets.
? Responsible for SPVs JV management, organize SPV necessary meeting as per Shareholders Agreement
? Administer all Project Documents and Permitting. Responsible for submitting all filing required in relation to the Permits after hand-over.
? Supervise and monitor all SPV service providers, excluding those related to O&M activities
? Responsible for communication with SPV stakeholders including local authorities and interested 3rd parties
? Satisfy all periodic reporting required by Applicable laws, JV agreement, TTE Headquarters, financing processetc
? Share transverse info across different zones within Terib, ensuring a consistent rolled out of standards and regular REX.
? Responsible for the management Terib´s local content programs
**Contexte et environnement**
- ? Spain is a priority country for TotalEnergies in Europe. It has a portfolio of more than 5 GWp of solar projects under construction or
development in Spain, which positions the Group as a major player in the country's energy transition.
? This solar power portfolio will enable the Group to cover the electricity consumption of its industrial sites in Europe: to do this, the Group
will purchase nearly 6 TWh per year of green electricity generated by its Spanish solar sites through a power purchase agreement covering
more than 3 GW of solar farms. This will be the largest corporate PPA in the world.
