The** Field Technical** **Support** (f/m/d) for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for providing frontline support by resolving customer(s) problems and issues through technical expertise and troubleshooting. You'll be a key member to help drive customer satisfaction and retention.

This position is part of the Customer Care function and is located in **Almeria.**

**In this role, you will have the opportunity to**:

- Develop and build knowledge to understand the industry, the company, the products, tools, and the team. This is supported with a clear Development Pathway program as part our culture to develop and grow our teams.
- Be supported by a strong leadership team, involved in keys projects to deliver successful installations for our customers that meet their requirements and that of our company
- Complete troubleshooting, installation, validation, preventative maintenance, modifications and repairs on Beckman Coulter equipment.

**The essential requirements of the job include**:

- Technical or University degree in Biomedical, Instrumentation, Electrical Engineering
- 2-3 years' experience in a similar role or in a customer facing one
- Fluent in Spanish and English verbal and written
- Valid driving license and availability to travel up to 70% of the time
- Availability to move to Almeria

**It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in**:

- Demonstrated ability diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electromechanical, robotics, and/or electronic medical equipment, IT repair experience in laboratory, as a Field Service Engineer or Biomedical Engineer
