We're seeking a highly skilled Field Technical Support professional to join our team at Beckman Coulter Diagnostics. As a key member of our Customer Care function, you'll be responsible for providing technical expertise and troubleshooting to resolve customer issues.

This role is located in Almeria and is part of the South Area, reporting to the Service Supervisor responsible for Field Service. You'll have the opportunity to develop and build knowledge to understand the industry, the company, the products, tools, and the team.

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Completing troubleshooting, installation, validation, preventative maintenance, modifications, and repairs on Beckman Coulter equipment.
  • Developing and building knowledge to understand the industry, the company, the products, tools, and the team.
  • Being supported by a strong leadership team, involved in key projects to deliver successful installations for our customers.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Technical or University degree in Biomedical, Instrumentation, Electrical Engineering.
  • 2-3 years' experience in a similar role or in a customer-facing one.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English verbal and written.
  • Valid driving license and availability to travel up to 70% of the time.
  • Availability to move to Almeria.
