Desde MCR International, estamos buscando un MSL Rare Diseases, para un importante cliente ubicado en Madrid.
- Descripción del puesto
- Actuar como asesor médico en territorio de los productos y de las áreas terapéuticas asignadas, aportando información y asesorando a profesionales sanitarios e investigadores, así como a la red de ventas.
- Colaborar en el desarrollo de los líderes de opinión manteniendo relaciones basadas en la fiabilidad científica.
- Colaborar en el correcto desarrollo de los estudios clínicos y otros proyectos científicos en contacto estrecho con los investigadores/clínicos
- Puesta en marcha de proyectos médicos
- Soporte en publicaciones y comunicaciones científicas.
- Participación en eventos científicos (congresos, simposios)
- Desarrollo de la actividad en las regiones asignadas, trabajando en equipo con los medical advisors y los departamentos de marketing, ventas y de acceso con el objetivo de implementar el plan estratégico del producto y del área terapéutica.

Principales Responsabilidades y Funciones:

- Gestionar la relación con los KOL’s asignados, así como identificar y realizar el mapping de nuevos líderes y rising stars.
- Colaboración en la información médica de líderes de opinión.
- Apoyo a actividades formativas de la comunidad médica a través del briefing/speaker training de los KOLs del territorio
- Apoyo a la implementación de ensayos clínicos y estudios observacionales tanto locales como internacionales mediante la selección de centros participantes, realización de feasibilities, seguimiento del reclutamiento y ejecución de los mismos en contacto con los investigadores y en coordinación con Id CRO y el Medical Advisor)
- Recogida y gestión de insights relevantes para la compañía
- Diseño y ejecución del plan médico regional, en coordinación con el Medical Advisor y alineado con las funciones de ventas y market access.
- Participación en sesiones clínicas, tanto dando soporte como liderando las mismas.
- Soporte en la formación científica de la red de ventas.
- Soporte a los medical advisors en la gestión de proyectos médicos regionales y locales.
- Gestión de la relación con sociedades científicas regionales, identificando oportunidades y apoyando la divulgación de información científica relevante de la patología o los medicamentos del área terapéutica.
- Gestión de la relación con asociaciones de pacientes locales, asegurando la identificación de necesidades no cubiertas y su integración en la estrategia médica.

Formación requerida:

- Perfil científico/clínico con titulación universitaria en MD, farmacéutico, PhD o licenciatura en ciencias de la salud.
- Idiomas: Nível alto de inglés

- Conocimiento de gestión de estudios clínicos y regulación de la industria farmacéutica.
- Experiência mínima de 2 años como MSL
