**What is Qatiu**m?**
Qatium is an easy-to-use water management platform for utilities of all sizes. We have roots in Valencia and a presence around the world.
Our SaaS solution gives operations & planning teams full visibility to run their water networks effortlessly in an open, digital environment. The objective**:make the best use of a scarce and vital resource, water.**
With Up to 50% of clean water getting lost before it reaches the tap, Qatium’s mission is to create tools that make managing of water infrastructure more efficient.

**What about Qatium’s challenges?**
**We have no choice but to innovate**
In order to succeed, we have to use the resources provided by the browser to their full potential. Also, most of the app’s logic runs in the browser: there is no backend.
We’re building a completely new product, building the tools and frameworks that make Qatium possible.
**Qatium needs to convey a lot of information simultaneously**
We are building a single software package for users with different expertise levels inside the water industry. All of this, built over an interactive map. We learn from our users to provide them with the information they find more useful at every moment in time.

Being a new product, our future is yet to be built. We have the responsibility of transforming our product vision into software that is useful for our users, relying on their feedback.

**Who’s in our team?**
The marketing team is growing Currently there are four of us: Alasdair, Alba, Dominika and Tatiana. We’re based in Barcelona, Majorca and Seville, but we try to get together as often as possible.
**What to expect as a Social Media & Community Manager at Qatium?**
In this role, you’ll be pivotal in propelling our disruptive brand forward, by cultivating & nurturing an online community of water tech experts. You’ll also oversee our social media channels, ensuring we make the right noise where it matters.
**Key responsibilities**
- Develop & implement social media strategy: create a plan to promote Qatium's product & expert content on different social media platforms.
- Manage all social media accounts: posting high-quality content appropriate for the specific platform & our brand
- Actively engage with social interactions & followers: responding to comments, messages, and inquiries.
- Grow our existing community: attract & engage utilities, hydraulic modelers, developers & engineers, and other water sector professionals.
- Build infrastructure for our online community: choose hosting platform, set guidelines, and create starter content (working closely with our product team).
- Engage & nurture our community: actively participate in conversations and discussions, share relevant content, and encourage meaningful interactions among members.
- Monitor community & social platforms for insights: seek feedback to understand needs, preferences & pain points to help inform product development, marketing strategies, and overall business decisions.
- Analyze metrics: Monitor metrics, such as active users, growth, participation rates, and sentiment for insights.
**Recruitment Process**
Our recruitment process is designed to be quick and transparent.
- After the CV screening, if your profile matches with our requirements, you will have a first interview with someone from the People Operations team (30 minutes).
- The next step would be a chat with the Director of Marketing and the Director of Customer Success (1 hour).
- If everything goes well, we will send you a task to complete and you will have to present it to the team (45 minutes).
**What can we offer you?**
**Schedule**
Typically our marketing team works 30 hours per week, 6 hours per day (Monday to Friday). On a normal day they’ll start at 9am and finish at 3pm. We’re all based in the CET/CEST timezone.

Salary levels for this vacancy for 30 hours per week are:
- ** Level 3: 40.000€** (equivalent to 60.000 € for 40 hours per week)
- ** Level 4: 45.000€** (equivalent to 67.000 € for 40 hours per week)
