Based on the unique value proposition and brand value of Getnet in Brazil, PagoNxt Merchant Solutions will be expanding the acquiring franchise to additional markets. Nowadays, Getnet is the third largest acquirer in Latam (Argentina, Mexico, Chile, Brazil and Uruguay) and we already operate across all European markets.

To achieve this goal, we are building a cloud based acquiring architecture in which products are built based on microservices and deployed at all markets simultaneously, shortening time to market and improving value for customers. In order to define and build this products, services catalogue and customer journeys, we aim to attract best possible talent.

**To achieve this goal, PagoNxt is organized in three different business**:

- Merchant Solutions, for merchants and acquirers.
- Trade Solutions, for corporates and SMEs.
- Consumer Solutions, digital products and services for individuals.

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**

As **Lead Data Architect**, you will implement and evolve the Data Architecture in different key responsibilities:

- Leading the design of the Data Architecture Platform and its roadmap.
- Establish and enforce data governance policies and procedures.
- Design and implement Data Governance tools and architecture.
- Define and ensure adherence to architectural guidelines, designing archetypes, coding standards and best practices.
- Keep abreast of trends and new technologies related to events, data and analytics in multi-regional cloud environments.
- Direct contact with different global and core business units and stakeholders.

**WHO YOU ARE**
- +10 years' experience in large, complex organizations business-driven projects, involving data-related technologies: big data, AI/Machine Learning, data streaming, modelling, governance, quality, privacy
- Knowledge building and implementing Data Governance Policies and Data Architecture patterns.
- Experience designing and implementing scalable and resilient cloud data architecture.
- Certification in cloud providers' architecture tracks is desirable.
- Knowledge in: AWS, Azure, Databricks, ELK stack, MongoDB, Confluent, Jupiter Notebook, Kafka, Spark, SQL.

**SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE**
- Experience in global payments industry (desirable).
- Superior organizational skills balancing multiple projects, deadlines, and requests.
- Customer focused & business oriented.
- Processes and business flows.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive data decisions.
- Language skills - High level of English and Spanish
