Wij zijn een Boutique IT-recruitment partij met kantoren op Palma de Mallorca, Bali en binnenkort ook Nederland. Wij bieden ondernemende recruiters een platform en een team om zelfstandig en met veel vrijheid hun relaties te bedienen.

Als je bij ons komt, zal je zien dat het ook ‘anders’ kan: Geen KPI’s, geen pakken (wel slippers en korte broeken als het lekker weer is), onbeperkt vakantiedagen, (bovenop de 6 à 7 weken dat we sowieso dicht zijn) en meer zaken die je van een volwassen partij die jou als volwassene behandelt, mag verwachten.

We willen je helpen je dromen waar te maken: Of dat nou op termijn een eigen brand of kantoor is, een side-business met een maatschappelijk belang of een beach bar openen, wij snappen dat werken meer is dan geld verdienen. Het gaat om zelf-ontplooiing, dromen en ambities najagen en terwijl je daarmee bezig bent ook gewoon een hele leuke tijd hebben

**Het Recruitment proces**: Het recruitment proces bestaat uit 5 stappen, waar mínimaal 2 weken voor staan (omdat we dit serieus nemen en ook aan jou niet vragen om ondoordachte stappen te maken):

- 1e gesprek met Jeroen van Holst, de oprichter.
- 2e gesprek met 2 consultants
- 3e gesprek met 2 consultants
- Insights discovery profiel opmaken + Consulting
- Uitnodiging om 2 dagen op kantoor in Palma mee te draaien

**Jouw profiel**:
Je hebt mínimaal 3 jaar recruitment of sales ervaring met een prima trackrecord waar een stijgende lijn in zit. Je relaties hebben je hoog zitten omdat je goed werk levert met de belangen van je netwerk op de eerste plaats. Maar je wilt meer.

Je hebt waarschijnlijk al langere tijd de droom of ambitie om Nederland te verlaten om in zonniger oorden te werken. (Op het moment dat we ons kantoor in Nederland hebben is dat overigens geen eis meer, maar wel een nice to have). Of je hebt al langere tijd de wens om voor jezelf te beginnen maar je beseft je ook dat alleen wel snel gaat, maar je niet ver komt. Je wilt kortom een team gemotiveerde en gelijkgestemden om je heen.

Verder ben je een prettige persoonlijkheid die graag zijn doelen behaalt door samen te werken en daarmee ook anderen wil helpen hun doelen te bereiken. Je bent verantwoordelijk, ondernemend en je hebt een grote drang naar vrijheid. Ja? Dan pas je bij ons.
