We are looking for a Head of Publisher Operations with a high level of English to join a leading advertising company based in Madrid. If you are energetic with a can-do mentality and love for digital advertising, this is your opportunity

Our client is a leading service provider in the field of digital advertising, that puts the publisher first.

Tareas

**As a Head of Publisher Operations you will**:

- Manage the operations team on the day to day basis
- Assist the team in efficient problem solving
- Quarterly and monthly strategic planning
- Improve the team's workflows and tools
- Close communication with the business development team, among others
- New hire management

**Requisitos**:
**You are the person we are looking for if you have**:

- At least 5 years overall work experience and at least 3 years leading a sizeable team
- Excellent collaboration and project management skills required
- Strong understanding of code and website structure
- Strong communication skills, passion for people and dealing with them
- Good knowledge and understanding of digital advertising ecosystem, formats, KPIs and technologies such as header bidding (SSPs, Pre-bid, Amazon TAM, Google OB)
- Hands-on experience working with publishers in a programmatic setting
- High level of English (at least C1)
- Commercial mindset, passion for your product and company and can-do mentality
- Strong attention to detail - accurate data gathering, insightful analysis, ability to handle tactical details with detailed execution
