Company Description

At Accor we are recruiting a Senior Finance Controller to one of our partners. Our partner is currently expanding and growing their business in multi-brand hotel management in Spain and Italy with several years of experience in managing all types of operating models, including ownership, leasing, management and franchising, generating maximum return on investment in hotel establishments.

**Job Description**:
The senior finance controller will work from our partner headquarter, will be incorporated in the financial department reporting directly to the financial director and will work with the accountants from each hotel with the aim of reviewing and controlling the financial, accounting and tax reports of the hotels.

**Main Tasks**:

- Coordinate, review and management of the full accounting, administrative and fiscal cycle of the day to day of a hotel.
- Daily and weekly control of compliance with the obligations of the accountants from each hotel under their management, and coordinating any matter related to them.
- Coordination and control of established reporting deadlines.
- Advice on the management and coordination of the Capex of the hotels.
- Preparation, control, and monitoring of Cash-Flows.
- Help and support in the implementation of Fairmas software.
- Navision/ERP maintenance.
- Support in creation of the accounting/administration department of future new managed hotels.
- Coordination, supervision, and control of the monthly reports made by the hotels.
- Analysis of the variations of P&L and established KPI's,
- Supervision and control of the annual Budgets and the monthly Rolling forecast of the hotels.

**Qualifications**:
We are looking for an energetic and dynamic profile who is able to incorporate a fast-growing company with a startup mindset. With the following profile:

- Experience of more than 5 years in similar functions
- Experience in the hotel sector and reporting under the USALI standards.
- Knowledge of the specific KPI's of the Hospitality sector.
- Knowledge of Navision, valued other ERPs
- Experience in Fairmas will be a plus
- Spanish & English C1 is mandatory, and Italian would be a plus
