**Role Overview**:
The goal of our customer success team is to deliver our customer the best possible customer experience. You will be one of the most important sources of information for our customers about our payment gateway and our APIs, support shop integrations and provide tips on best practices and standards in the area of online payments.

**What you will do**:

- You will serve as the first point of contact for our customers for technical and operational questions and use your acquired knowledge and experience to consult our customers to improve their solutions.
- You help our merchants to understand the benefits of our solution and support them with questions regarding existing security requirements and policies.
- You support your team in daily business, with the good feeling of all for one, one for all, in order to master challenges and thus grow together.

**Who you are**:

- You have already gained practical experience in the payment or fintech industry, worked with e-commerce platforms or looked behind the scenes of an online retailer
- You have an affinity for internet technologies (HTML, JavaScript, APIs, etc) or have even programmed a "Hello World" script yourself
- You know how to prioritise tasks according to urgency, necessity, internal and external requirements, have a quick grasp and love to get to the bottom of problems
- **Proficient in German and English is mandatory**:

- You have completed an IT or media apprenticeship, but also understand commercial processes or vice versa
