Accounting Assistant

The Accounting Assistant and Office Manager is responsible for helping with company invoices, accounts, and payments, as well as monitoring and managing the day to day office operations and essentials. We are looking for an organized and reliable decision maker who is good with numbers and multitasking.**Main duties and responsibilities**:
- Validate and recording accounting invoices from national and international suppliers based on agreed terms and conditions.
- Assist with bank accounting
- Assist with closing monthly accounts
- Assist with monthly invoices
- Work alongside the financial manager and assist with on going tasks and analyses.
- Office management: manage inventory, supplies, weekly food and snack purchases, and help in organizing company events.
**Desired skills and experience**:
- Degree in ADE, economics, business or similar.
- Demonstrable experience of +2 years
- Proficiency in Excel
- Advanced level of English (B2)
- Organized and decisive person. High level of autonomy and willing to work in a dynamic company.
