**Tus funciones**
- Como HR Manager, serás responsable de gestionar todo el flujo de selecciones en directa coordinación con los managers de las diferentes áreas funcionales.
- Diseñarás e implementará las políticas de gestión de personas para garantizar un proceso de crecimiento sólido y ordenado de la compañía.
- Definirás los nuevos procedimientos de trabajo relacionados con aspectos clave como la evaluación del rendimiento asociada a los objetivos corporativos o la retención de talento.

**Requisitos**:

- Tienes formación universitaria en Psicología y/o formación de posgrado o máster en el ámbito de la gestión de personas.
- Aportas experiência en reclutamiento y selección de perfiles tecnológicos punteros, con perfiles altamente cualificados.
- Has colaborado en otras funciones generalistas dentro del ámbito de empresa tecnológica como compensación y beneficios, formación, cultura empresarial, etc...

Valoraremos conjuntamente contigo la posibilidad de una retribución variable adaptada a tus objetivos y los resultados de la compañía.

Te ofrecemos la posibilidad de trabajar con una jornada parcial que se adapte mejor a tus necesidades de conciliación, así como opciones de teletrabajo.

La banda salarial que estamos valorando se sitúa en torno a los 30.000 - 35.000 € para una jornada completa (o la parte proporcional en caso de acordar una jornada parcial).
