**Wir suchen ab sofort: Operations Manager Leisure Activities Resort (m/w/d) in Paguera, Spanien**:
Für unseren Kunden suchen wir ab sofort einen Operations Manager Leisure Activities Resort (m/w/d) in Vollzeit. Bei dem zukünftigen Arbeitsplatz handelt es sich um eine Aktiv
- und Wellness-Resortgruppe für Familien.

**Ihr zukünftiges Aufgabengebiet**:

- Implementierung und Weiterentwicklung von nachhaltigen und innovativen Konzepten im Bereich Leisure Activity für alle Altersgruppen
- Kontrolle und Durchführung von Audits und Q-Monitoring
- Definition und Ausführung von gültigen Qualitätsstandards und Prozessen der Resorts
- Koordination mit den Resort
- und Active Team Manager bei der Rekrutierung von Active Team Mitarbeitenden in den Resorts sowie Organisation und Durchführung von Schulungen der Active Teams
- Unterstützung bei der strategischen Ausrichtung für die Bereiche Sport, Activity & Family
- Mitarbeit bei weiterführenden Aufgaben und Projekten innerhalb der Abteilung Hospitality Operations inkl. Aufbau und Pflege von Kooperationen mit Firmen, Veranstaltern, etc.

**Ihr Profil**:

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Sport oder Entertainment, idealerweise mit Zusatzqualifikation in Kinder
- und/oder Jugendpädagogik oder relevantem Fachgebiet bzw. Weiterbildung in vergleichbarer Managementposition
- Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung in ähnlicher Position, idealerweise auch innerhalb einer Corporate Struktur
- Stark ausgeprägte Sozial - und interkulturelle Kommunikationskompetenz
- Hohes Verantwortungs
- und Qualitätsbewusstsein verbunden mit der Fähigkeit, starke Beziehungen zu den Resort Teams aufzubauen
- Sehr gute Englisch und gute Deutschkenntnisse zwingend, jede weitere Sprache (Englisch, Französisch, Italienisch) willkommen
- Reisebereit
- sowie Leidenschaft, dich regelmäßig mit den Leisure Activities Teams in den Resorts zu treffen und auszutauschen
