**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:

- Proficiency reading/writing/speaking English and Spanish
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs: emphasis on Excel
- Advanced use of data bases/HR systems
- Strong organizational skills, strong rigor and strong attention to detail
- Professional and efficient approach to time and deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills, positive personal and professional image, and excellent standards of professional behavior and ethics
- Team player with the ability to adapt in a changing environment
- Ability to work overtime during peak recruiting periods, stress management capacity
- Ability to recognize and maintain highest levels of confidentiality

**YOU'RE GOOD AT**:

**YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)**:

- Ongoing degree in law or labor relations or ongoing Master's degree in legal-labor consulting, human resources or similar.
- High level of English - C1
- Experience not required

**YOU'LL WORK WITH**:
There are currently 5 of us in the Personnel team in Madrid supporting over 600 employees in our 3 offices in Spain. Members of the Personnel department are dedicated to labor relations and compensation and benefits management, ensuring we follow local regulations.
