The impact you'll have
- You will manage a variety of customer claims (national and international).
- You will manage different kinds of supplier claims related to some specific plants
- You will be key in the implementation of corrective actions with suppliers
- You will propose and implement internal corrective actions, process improvement in collaboration with the quality plant manager.
- You will do the management of KPI's reporting in line with company standards
- You will be continuously interfacing with Customer Service and Sales aiming to satisfy the customer’s needs at their best
- You will also visit customers and suppliers to solve problems or develop the right activities to solve the claim
- You will technically support customer requests channeled through technical sales
- You will manage the CST portal for all the customer’s requests
- You will establish and develop a strict relationship with clients to develop a grade of customer intimacy, in all your activities

The attitudes and skills we’re looking for
- You have obtained a Bachelor or Master of Science in Engineering will be considered a plus
- You have at least 5 years of experience in the industrial sector. Experience in the technical field.
- You are strongly analytical and have problem-solving capabilities.
- You have strong relational skills and the capability to collaborate with the different functions of the plant
- You have strong leadership skills: proactivity, drive, communication skills, ability to influence, high level of energy and sense of responsibility.
- You have the ability to manage stress and workload.
- You are a master of the IT tools / Microsoft Office package.
- You are results-oriented pragmatic and with a customer-centric approach.
- You can work in Spanish (good knowledge), English (excellent), French is desired and German a plus.
