**IMPACT PARTNERS**:
IMPACT Partners, société de gestion européenne à vocation sociale (Impact Investing), recherche ses futurs stagiaires, pour une période de 6 mois à partir de Janvier 2024 dans ses bureaux de Barcelone (avec une session de formation au siège social à Paris).

IMPACT Partners est né en 2007 de la conviction que les performances financières et sociales doivent se conjuguer. Le fonds investit dans des entreprises développant des impacts sociaux remarquables sur les thématiques de l’insertion économique, l’éducation inclusive et de l’accès à la santé.

La société est en forte croissance et gère aujourd’hui 350m€ et investit entre 2m€ et 15m€ par société sur le territoire européen, pour permettre l’accélération de projets sociaux ambitieux.

L’équipe d’IMPACT Partners compte une 50taine de personnes, au siège de Paris et dans des bureaux locaux à Copenhague, Barcelone, Francfort, et bientôt Milan.

**MISSIONS***:

- Sourcer les opportunités d'investissement en étroite collaboration avec les directeurs et directrices d’investissement,
- Participer à l'analyse des opportunités d'investissement (analyse préliminaire, étude de marché, valorisation des entreprises, modélisation financière, analyse stratégique, etc.),
- Participer aux rendez-vous avec les dirigeants des entreprises,
- Participer à la réalisation des investissements (montages financiers, négociation avec les tiers : dirigeants, conseils, avocats, etc.),
- Participer au suivi des participations et au reporting trimestriel (collecte documents, analyse et synthèse, exercices de valorisation)

**PROFIL RECHERCHE**

- Formation grande école ou université
- Maitrise courante de l’anglais et de l’espagnol
- Esprit tourné vers l’entrepreneuriat, l’innovation, la stratégie de développement
- Fortes capacités d’analyse et de synthèse requises
- Autonomie, capacité à travailler en équipe et aisance relationnelle
- Sensibilité aux problématiques de l’investissement à Impact et en particulier social
