**Your Role and Responsibilities**
- Resolution of functional and technical incidents
- Knowledge in the use of SPRO (SAP parameterization)
- Preparation of user manuals and support to end users
- UAT test preparation
- Capability in managing new functionalities within the project
- Management of Roles, users, parameters, user menus, etc.
- Knowledge of the tax circuits of a tax agency
- Collaboration in implementations of new taxes.
- Client management
- Project management (risk management, planning, delivery execution, etc.)
**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Experience in SAP implementation projects.
- Experience in Team and Project Management.
- Knowledge in SAP modules: PSCD or FICA-ISU, SAP R/3 in T&RM.
- English and Spanish fluent.
**Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise**
Desirable knowledge: SAP FI, SAP RM or RMPS, knowledge of tax law, experience in implementation/maintenance, Debugging (high desirable), executive collection.
