We are seeking a Senior Tender Manager. This position will own the country’s strategy and business operations. As the Senior Tender manager, you will build and lead a highly experienced Scientific, Commercial, Key Account, Market Access and Operations teams to drive the business successfully. This position reports to the Country Director/Cluster Head and will be part of their Leadership team.

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Review of information about demands and derivation of supply and proposal preparations
- Clarification of bid conditions and management of the tender preparation
- Monitoring of the bid management in order to ensure it is aligned with the organization's requirements
- Contribution in cost and price calculations
- Coordination of tender reviews and deadlines and adjust them to the frameworks given by the customers
- Identifying opportunities for tender proposals
- Developing strategies to win new business
- Conducting research and brainstorming key points to include in proposals.
- Writing and editing proposals
- Performing risk assessments and addressing concerns of clients and company staff
- Liaising with suppliers, vendors and subcontractors
- Keeping track of all costs and managing budgets
- Presenting compelling proposals
- Implement a strategy to collect and evaluate potential contractors and suppliers
- Prepare tendering and procurement documents. Organize tender analysis and prepare a complete report of tender evaluation results
- Draft tender invitations and procurement contracts, conduct contract negotiations and complete contract approval and signing
- Make necessary contract disclosures to the tender and procurement department
- Organize the evaluation, grading and assessment of contractors and suppliers and establish and maintain relevant databases

**Minimum requirements**:

- Degree in business or any other field related to the position
- Practical experience in a similar position
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to coordinate several tasks at the same time
- Well-developed negotiation skills
- Strong collaborative, highly customer-focused negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving skills
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in Tender Management or related disciplines on more than 3 medium-large construction projects
- Strong familiarity of local Spanish market prices and adept negotiation skills
- Fluency in Spanish and Catalan is preferred
