What you’ll do & Who you are

We are looking for an passionate and experienced Senior Program Manager (d/f/m) to join our IT Portofolio Management team onsite in Barcelona.

You will manage complex key strategic programs and large-scale transformation initiatives for the Enterprise Platform and Technology Operations (EPTO) organisation end-to-end, ensuring that their goals are accomplished with strategic objectives, including leading the project communication, change and escalation management and resource planning (internal/external) in collaboration with stakeholder and different departments.

You will report to the Head of IT Portfolio Management.

What you will do:
- You will manage the delivery of programs, coordination and management of interdependencies.- You oversee any risks arising and have the integrity and coherence of programs- You will be the program ambassador to ensure that all internal and external stakeholders follow the defined program governance, in adherence to the wider EPTO governance model- You will deliver program outcomes are to the appropriate level of quality, on time and within budget- Your will oversee program budgets and monitor expenditure / costs against delivered and realised benefits- You will lead the program roadmap, planning and ensure program is progressing against workplan, ensure prioritisation of tasks, escalate issues if necessary- You will facilitate program communication with all project stakeholders Enterprise Platform and Technology Operations (EPTO), business functions, including 3rd party providers and external implementation partners) and act as main contact point- You will be reporting the progress of programs and projects at regular intervals to leadership

Your skill profile:
- At least 4-5+ years professional experience in a similar relevant position as a IT Program Manager- Knowledge of techniques for planning and monitoring complex IT programs & projects- Excellent capacity to organise, plan, set priorities and manage change in an international environment- Excellent capacity to organise, plan, set priorities, manage change in an international environment- Your are proactive and analytical in a hands-on and pragmatic manner- You are structured and you like achieving result; who demonstrates a will to lead things forward- You can adapt and connect to quickly build relationships and establish credibility across the shared service function and with business leaders- Excellent English language skills (writing, reading, speaking).
