**Senior Program Manager (Italian)**

Loyal Guru is a Barcelona based company founded in 2016 with the mission of improving the way supermarkets and retailers interact with their customers by combining consumer data, analytics and personalized omni-channel offers.

Our cloud-based platform allows food retailers to collect data from consumer purchases in real-time, in order to create micro-segments based on purchase behaviour and launch hundreds of 1:1 personalized offers, improving consumer-retailer relationships across every channel with an ultimate impact in sales.

After successfully positioning our product in the Spanish market, we are expanding our footprint worldwide. Our company is experiencing significant growth in the Italian market, expanding our presence and expanding our offerings to meet the demands of our Italian customers.

We are looking for an IT Senior Program Manager to join our team

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and manage program/project plans and budgets mainly for our Italian customers
- Identify and manage program risks, controlling the risks during the implementation and development of the whole program.
- Coordinate program activities across multiple project teams: Manage program scope and ensure that deliverables meet business requirements, from an holistic perspective
- Communicate program status to C-Level stakeholders (Manage requirements definition, and high-quality customer’s insights to transfer detailed information to them )
- Ensure that all related projects are completed on time and within budget, identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and quality
- Monitor and assign resources appropriately to streamline program efficiency and maximize deliverable outputs
- Report program outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels as needed
- Establish and transfer a clear priority controlling the customer’s requirements and delivery times.

**Daily Tasks**:

- Reviewing and updating project and program plans, timelines, and budgets
- Communicating with project team members and stakeholders to ensure that all project tasks and deliverables are on track
- Identifying and addressing any project risks or issues, and implementing solutions to mitigate them
- Coordinating with other teams and departments to ensure that all program activities are aligned and integrated
- Monitoring project progress and providing regular status updates to C-level stakeholders
- Reviewing and approving project and program deliverables
- Communicating with external partners or vendors as needed
- Attending meetings and presentations to discuss project progress and resolve any issues

**How your profile looks like**:

- Experience as a IT Program Manager for **+10 year(s)**, leading and managing multiple projects simultaneously, strong leadership and communication skills, and experience in the Retail Industry
- You are Native Italian or have lived in Italy for a long time
- Good Level of English (B2) for internal communication
- Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure, managing and completing tasks and projects within tight deadlines
- Capacity to prioritize the workload effectively, and remain calm and focused in high-stress situations
