What do you need.
You are passionate about Sales
You can sign an internship agreement with your University
You can work 30-40 hours per week (Mon-Fri, with flexibility according to your academic schedule) and start asap.
Native in Spanish
Eager to learn, self-motivated, proactive and driven by achievement.
Flexibility to adapt to different situations and able to communicate on different levels, a creative concept of sales.Keen interest in a career in a high-performing sales culture
Exceptional communication skills, both on the phone and in writing
Ability to build rapport with potential customers quickly
Youre extremely driven, and love hitting targets
Fantastic organisational and time management skills
Youre a team player
What are you going to do?
You will be part of the initial Sales team and you will be the first point of contact with potential customers. These will be some of your duties:
Inbound and Outbound lead generation activities to support the sales teams
Maintain CRM meticulously and ensure that all prospect information is updated
Continuously working to improve the sales process and increase efficiency
Achieve your monthly goal of qualified opportunities for the sales team
Gain a deep understanding of the Solar installation process and requirements to answer the prospect's initial questions
Learning for best-in-class sales teammates.
