**Role Summary**:
Soho House & Co are seeking a seasoned events expert with a proven track record executing all aspects of events, from conception to completion. The role will be responsible for the execution of our events in Europe, UK and Africa, including dinners, concerts, workshops, music events etc for both internal clients such as Cities Without Houses, House and Friends membership and external partners.

This position will be responsible for managing and executing quality events, including client and partner liaison and all event production, logistics and budgets. The role will oversee events in Milan, Dubai, Cape Town, Johannesburg, Zurich, Vienna, Lisbon, Porto, Oslo, Athens, Madrid, Munich, Budapest, Warsaw, Brussels, Dublin, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Manchester, Bristol, Birmingham and Leeds.

**Main responsibilities **
- Project Management - ability to manage all areas of a project concurrently
- A multi-tasker and great organizer - ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Event Management - ideally at least two years' experience, or equivalent experience
- A strong communicator - ability to communicate production elements with all external partners, clients, colleagues and key internal stakeholders
- Budgets - proven experience of managing budgets
- Strong social skills for dealing with and developing client, suppliers, and staff relationships
- Excellent negotiation skills for dealing with suppliers
- Design & Styling - ability to style spaces that are on brand with Soho House's design style
- Food & Beverage experience - working with chefs and bartenders to create relevant menus
- People management - clear briefing and on-event managerial skills
- Own black book of UK & Europe suppliers and related contacts (this is not essential)
- Familiarity with Health & Safety etc - in relation to permissions, permits, public liability etc.
- Self-starter - a naturally driven and motivated individual is essential

**Required Skills/Qualifications**:

- 2-3+ years equivalent industry experience
- Native speaking or fluent in Italian and/or Spanish
- Detail oriented
- Excel skills
- Must have flexible schedule including evenings, holidays, and weekends
- Must have a healthy and active interest in outside cultural events
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Communications and/or Hospitality degree a bonus but not essential
- Hospitality operations experience in a managerial or training role within the hospitality industry
- A sophisticated communicator with high standards of performance together with excellent communication, problem solving and listening skills
