Tasks

Your responsibilities as a Talent Development Administrator will be:

- Managing the administration, coordination and planning process to ensure a smooth and engaging life-cycle experience and personal development to all employees
- Working closely with the internal HR department and external suppliers in Talent Development
- Organization and preparation of workshops and trainings in German
- Monitoring and administration of the department’s budget while providing budget reports
- Facilitating internal soft-skill learning offer both presential and virtually
- Supporting in running regular learning needs analyses to ensure training effectiveness and consistency with the development needs of all employees
- Providing regular updates through training feedback and observations to the training contents to ensure consistent quality and continuous improvement in the learning offer
- Supporting in designing and implementing adapted learning solutions aligned to business requirements, ensuring priorities are met in terms of content and group target

**Requirements**:
Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:

- You speak German at a native level
- You have previous experience in administration and coordination
- You have a degree in Administration/Human Resources or similar field
- You are considered an extremely organized person
- You are proactive, pragmatic and able to anticipate and tackle action where needed
- You have previous experience using Excel
- You have excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills
- You are able to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, suppliers, and colleagues, with high levels of credibility
