**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project and Data Manager to join our Corporate Safety & Security team. This critical role will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various global safety and security initiatives, managing data-driven projects, and ensuring compliance with industry best practices and internal standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage safety and security projects across the organization, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation from inception to completion.
- Ensure implementation of mission critical safety & security IT systems, which ensure all stakeholders in our global distributed organization have access to intel, procedures, guidelines and best practices.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitor progress, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related communications and updates, providing regular reports to senior management.
- Utilize data-driven insights to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for enhancing safety and security protocols.
- Analyse data to generate actionable reports and recommendations, enabling informed decision-making and proactive risk management.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in safety and security, integrating relevant advancements into the company's strategies.
- Collaborate with external partners, regulatory bodies, and industry associations to ensure compliance with local, regional, and international safety and security standards.
- Contribute to developing training and educational resources to staff members, promoting a culture of safety awareness and security consciousness.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Security Management, Project Management, Risk Management, or a related discipline. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in project management, preferably in safety and security within the hospitality, travel, or related industries.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and develop actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
- Proficiency in project management tools, data analysis software, and Microsoft Office Suite Mastery of MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Knowledge of data analysis tools such as Power BI
- Ability to manage self and others, team collaboration abilities, with a proven track record of successfully managing cross-functional projects.
- Attention to detail, a positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
- Certifications such as Certified Protection Professional (CPP), Project Management Professional (PMP), or relevant equivalents are a plus.
