Descripción

Grupo Dani Garcia busca un/a **Office Assistant** para su oficina de **Marbella.**

**Funciones**:

- Coordinar la realización de viajes, traslados y reserva de hoteles a los CEO y empleados del grupo.
- Controlar y gestionar viajes
- Controlar y gestionar la correspondencia, mensajería y paquetería nacional e internacional.
- Organizacionar salas
- Gestionar el material de oficina.
- Controlar la documentación para firma de dirección.
- Realizar actividades administrativas en apoyo a los distintos departamentos.
- Realizar pedidos de compras varias para los distintos centros de actividad.
- Apoyar en las tareas básicas de contabilidad tales como el control y gestión de facturas.

**Se ofrece**:

- Tipo de contrato: sustitución por maternidad.
- Horario: lunes a viernes en horario flexible (8:00/09:00 - 17:00/18:00)

**Se valora**:

- Experiência mínima de un año en puesto similar.
- Idioma: inglés medio (B1/B2).
- Conocimientos en Business Central/Navision.

Requisitos mínimos
- Titulación en administración y financias.
- Perfil organizado, polivalente, buena comunicación.
- Conocimientos en contabilidad.
- Conocimientos de ofimática en general.
- Excel: nível avanzado.
