Acerca de usted y de este Trabajo

El Work Activity Coordinator (WAC) se asegura que los trabajos en las plantas y en el taller se ejecutan de manera segura, efectiva, eficiente y con calidad. Gestiona y se encarga de la productividad del grupo/área/zona que coordina en el día a día. Se requieren habilidades y conocimientos avanzados en una variedad de procesos, procedimientos y sistemas, y/o conocimiento técnico especializado para gestionar un amplio rango de trabajos complejos. Puede actuar como coordinador/responsable de un equipo de trabajo, dando guía y soporte técnico y coordinando el trabajo tanto de personal Dow como de empresas de servicio.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Revisa los job packages y se prepara para la ejecución del trabajo.
- Asiste en la asignación de recursos a los diferentes trabajos.
- Inicia el proceso para obtener un permiso de trabajo.
- Reporta el progreso/avance de los trabajos diariamente para que se pueda ajustar el programa semanal y para el día siguiente. Revisa el status de los trabajos con ejecutores, empresas de servicios y solicitantes (originadores) para ajustar el programa de trabajo.
- Reasigna al personal y recursos programados en el caso que un equipo no esté preparado para mantenimiento, para ejecutar otro trabajo programado.
- Confirma que todas las secuencias de tareas y documentación ha sido completada para un trabajo concreto. Cierra la orden de trabajo (PMO).
- Retorna el equipo a operación (RTO).
- Focal Point para el Uso de Procedimientos en mantenimiento (PUP). Realiza recorridas en campo para asegurarse que los procedimientos se usan de acuerdo a la PUP.
- Para trabajos en emergencia/urgencias, actúa como planificador y asume las responsabilidades del planificador.
- Se asegura que los procedimientos, check-lists y otros formularios se completan correctamente. En caso que esto no ocurra, da feedback y coaching a ejecutores para que lo realicen de manera correcta.
- Presencia en los sitios donde se ejecutan los trabajos: plantas, taller de mantenimiento, entre otras.

Cualificaciones
- Persona dinámica, comprometida y con ganas de aceptar retos.
- Capacidad para adaptarse, cumplir y liderar unas exigentes normas de seguridad.
- Disponibilidad y capacidad para hacer guardias de 24 horas una semana cada 2 meses.
- Ganas de Trabajar y desarrollarse en el Departamento de Mantenimiento General Mecánico y Rotativo.
- Competencias críticas para este puesto: Iniciativa, aprendizaje, buenas relaciones personales, proactividad y trabajo en equipo, flexibilidad y liderazgo en el cambio, capacidad técnica y enfoque hacia la seguridad de las personas y la protección del medioambiente.
- Capacidad para gestionar y coordinar personas y recursos.

Habilidades preferidas

Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior u otras formaciones de grado superior en Mecatrónica, Mecánica o similar.

A falta de un grado superior, se requerirá probada experiência equivalente en Mantenimiento Mecánico Rotativo Industrial:

- Compresores alternativos.
- Soplantes de lóbulos rotativos.
- Bombas centrifugas.
- Bombas de desplazamiento positivo:

- Membrana.
- Engranajes
- Cierres mecánicos.
- Tecnología de alta presión
- Conocimiento y uso de máquinas-herramientas
- Interpretación de planos y documentación
- Uso de herramientas de medida de precisión
- Alineación de equipos rotativos con equipo electrónico
- Tuberías/piping, recipientes a presión, intercambiadores de calor
- Desmontaje/montaje de equipos
- Uniones bridadas, pares de apriete

Se valorará experiência laboral como ejecutor, coordinador y/o supervisor de mantenimiento mecánico y de equipos rotativos. Deseable al menos 10 años de experiência.

Conocimientos en herramientas informáticas de ofimática y SAP.

Conocimientos de inglés es un plus.
