Buscamos un **Back office Agent** ( Reservas de habitaciones + Guest Service Line)

**Funciones**:

- Gestión de flujos de reservas online y offline multiproperty.
- Gestión directa de reservas individuales y de grupos multiproperty.
- Vender activamente cada oportunidad de negocio para maximizar la oportunidad de ingresos.
- Impulsar la lealtad del cliente brindando excelencia en el servicio en cada experiência del cliente.

**¿Qué buscamos?**
- Experiência mínima de 1 año en Front Office o Reservas.
- Formación relacionada con el puesto.
- Nível Alto de Inglés.
- Valorable un 2º Idioma.
- Dominio Paquete Office.
- Favorable conocimiento en Opera.
