Your main responsibilities will be:
- Analyze and understand market insights and customers buying behaviors and make sales plans according to the business division strategy and targets.- Look for and manage leads from the market and customers and convert them in real business opportunities in order to ensure the pipeline.- Be active in the market and focus on making visits, meetings and interactions to customers, with multichannel perspective, focusing on customer needs understanding and highlighting the value of our products and services.

Who you are?- A dynamic and proactive person, who really like to generate outstanding customer experiences, through a value selling based on customer needs.- A person with genuine curiosity for business development and looking new opportunities in the market, based on deep market and data analysis.- A challenging person, with digital mindset, with a good customer needs understanding, focused not only in selling product but also to create value in the customer process.- A person with good communication skills, energy, passion, drive, and team player.

Job requirements:
- Industrial Engineering degree (preferred) or similar- Strong and solid commercial orientation with, preferably, at least 5 years’ experience in technical sales.- We value heat transfer technology knowledge.- Spanish, and English speaker- Resident preferably in Madrid area- The position is located in our offices in Alcobendas- Availability to travel in Spain
