Within the Travel Retail Team, the **Beauty Consultant **is in charge of **providing the highest standard of service to customers.**
**YOUR MISSION ______**
Your main assignment will be focused on achieving sell out objectives while promoting the brand image.
- You achieve sell out targets on a monthly basis.
- You educate customers on Dior products and on the Dior brand.
- You participate in counter merchandising maintenance according to corporate guidelines.
- You change displays according to novelties launches & planograms.
- You monitor stock levels and report any issues to your Retail Manager.
- You conduct all assigned operational and administrative tasks.
- You establish a strong relationship with retailer Store Managers.
- You promote a team and collaborative spirit among colleagues.
PROFILE
**WHO YOU ARE _____**
- At least 5 years experience as Beauty Consultant
- Proficient in English
- Passionate about customer service and beauty industry.
- Result oriented and with excellent selling skills
- Team player
- Available to work on different shifts
