**Qualifications**
- Good communication (oral and written) skills in both English and Spanish (essential)
- Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience (essential)
- Experience preferably in a maintenance / engineering environment, logistics or similar (desirable)
- Familiarity with maintenance software is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Responsibilities**:
**Key Responsibilities**
- Administrative Support_
- Manage daily office operations, data collection, internal communication with the team and external communication with suppliers and maintaining filing systems.
- Prepare and distribute memos, reports, and other documents as needed.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel.
- Data Management_
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance CMMS and other related records of the department.
- Update and manage databases, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
- Communication_
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries related to the Maintenance and Engineering Department.
- Facilitate communication between team members and other departments
- Financial Administration_
- Work together with EMMs to ensure the information shared with the group is the updated one.
- Inventory Management_
- Ensure with EMMs that the database is always up to date.
