Right now, our plant in Epila is looking for a Process Engineer to help our Assembly area to reach its highest level.

This position involves close collaboration with colleagues, customers and suppliers from all over the world, so if you are motivated and have automotive experience, this could be the position for you

**Responsabilidades / Responsibilities**:
Como Ingeniero de Procesos, tu principal tarea es mejorar el proceso de fabricación para lograr una eficiencia óptima, minimizar el tiempo de entrega y conseguir cero defectos de calidad, garantizando el cumplimiento de los requisitos de los nuevos proyectos.
Además de esto, deberás:

- Documentar, estudiar y analizar el proceso de producción e implementar mejoras que aporten eficiencia a los procesos.
- Trabajar con el equipo de proyecto para completar con éxito la implantación del proyecto.
- Dar formación y apoyo técnico a operarios, auxiliares de producción y jefes de equipo en el funcionamiento y uso de máquinas para asegurar la entrega del producto con los estándares de calidad y plazo.

- As a Process Engineer, your main task is to improve the manufacturing process to achieve optimal efficiency, minimize delivery time and achieve zero defects by ensuring compliance with health and safety requirements for new projects.
- Document, study and analyze the production process and implement improvements that bring efficiency to the processes.
- Work with the project team to complete the project implementation succesfully.
- Training and technical support for operators, assistants and team leaders in the operation and use of machinery, equipment or lines to ensure product delivery with quality and time standars.

**Requerimientos / Requirements**:
Si tienes una gran capacidad de organización y gestión del tiempo, consideras que tienes un enfoque sistemático y positivo, y te apasiona el trabajo en equipo, este puede ser tu puesto
- Los requisitos mínimos que buscamos son:

- Licenciatura en ingeniería industrial o mecánica.
- De 2 a 5 años de experiência previa en el sector de la automoción en departamentos de producción, procesos o desarrollo de productos de metal y plástico.
- Conocimientos de neumática, hidráulica, PLC's, robótica...
- Es deseable que tenga experiência en ensamblado, conformado, tests de fugas y/o detección mediante cámaras de visión artificial.
- Nível medio/alto de inglés.
- Usuario avanzado de Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Conocimientos de CAD (CATIA, SOLIDWORKS, INVENTOR,...).
- Conocimientos de normas de automoción IATF16949, PDCA/A3.
- Deseable experiência en SAP.

To be successful in the role you must have:

- Bsc in industrial engineering or mechanical engineering.
- 2 to 5 years of previous experience in the automotive sector in production departments, processes, or development of metal and plastic products.
- Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, PLC's, robotics...
- It is desirable that you have experience in assembly, forming, leak testing and/or detection by artificial vision cameras.
- Medium/High level of English.
- Advanced Office user (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Knowledge of CAD (CATIA, SOLIDWORKS, INVENTOR,).
- Knowledge of automotive standards IATF16949, PDCA/A3.
- SAP experience desirable.
