Soporte telefónico - España y Portugal
- Seguimiento de las citas organizadas por el personal de apoyo administrativo y retroalimentación de cualquier información pertinente a sus colegas.
- Realizar llamadas de ventas o entrevistas que ayuden a desarrollar e identificar las áreas de aprendizaje de cada llamada.
- Reportar llamadas diarias y producir informes de una manera precisa y oportuna.
**Requisitos**:
- Imprescindible Licenciado, preferiblemente en CC de la Salud.
- Valorable experiência previa en trato con oncología o área clínica.
- Capacidad para transmitir evidencia científica
- Gran orientación a formación y al cliente.
- Gran capacidad de escucha.
- Capacidad de Comunicación y argumentación
- Gran capacidad de resolución de problemas y creatividad.
- Capacidad analítica.
- Alta motivación por el Proyecto
- Conocimiento del entorno de trabajo y capacidad para trabajar en un entorno regulado con los requerimientos de compliance a nível del código de Farmaindustria.
