**Antecedentes**:
La futura producción de coches eléctricos y conectados, así como el cambio digital y cultural representan extraordinarias oportunidades de creación de valor en la empresa y al mismo tiempo requieren a los empleados el desarrollo de nuevas habilidades y capacidades. Para apoyar la gestión de los proyectos identificados con financiación pública, el Departamento de Learning, Development & Innovation busca un profesional experto en project management, capaz de ser un interlocutor validado para sus clientes comerciales internos, con una formación técnica y una sólida comprensión de las tecnologías de transformación digital. Es deseable un conocimiento profundo en el desarrollo y fabricación de vehículos, así como en el estado actual de la tecnología de la información.

**Tareas principales**:
Apoyar la gestión de proyectos de formación en el ámbito de la transformación tecnológica, digital y cultural de SEAT y el desarrollo y producción de vehículos eléctricos y conectados, en particular:
1. Apoyo en la identificación y seguimiento de las necesidades de formación en todas las áreas de la organización, diferenciadas según prioridades temáticas y en línea con plazos estratégicamente importantes, como los hitos de los proyectos de vehículos.

2. Proponer acciones correctoras respecto a las desviaciones detectadas en los proyectos con respecto a los objetivos del proyecto

3. Asesorar a las áreas en la selección y sincronización de las necesidades formativas, trabajando con ellos para identificar las habilidades necesarias para upskilling/ reskilling y garantizar la formación ideal para sus equipos. Asegurar que la formación se adapte a las necesidades en tiempo real y en línea con la estrategia corporativa.

4. Implementación de benchmarks internos y externos, así como coordinación con socios internos o proveedores externos del Grupo VW, teniendo en cuenta la estrategia de formación de la empresa, las competencias a desarrollar, la eficacia, los costes y el plazo de entrega.

5. Concepción e implementación de medidas en el marco del apoyo al proyecto, en particular creación de informes, cuadros de mando, hojas de problemas, etc. incluyendo la necesaria coordinación con los departamentos.

6. Participación en la gestión del proyecto y en la documentación y verificación necesarias en el contexto de proyectos financiados con fondos públicos. Establecer un seguimiento completo de las actividades incluyendo documentación de participantes, profesores y otros recursos, facturación según proceso así como garantizar la calidad interna de las actividades de formación centrado en los resultados esperados en términos de calidad, porcentaje de finalización y efectividad e impacto.

7. Análisis de los procesos de planificación, implementación y seguimiento de la formación; identificar el potencial para un mayor desarrollo y mejora.

8. Iniciar, diseñar, implementar y supervisar de programas de formación necesarios concretas, así como las acciones culturales y de gestión del cambio requeridas para la transformación tecnológica, digital y cultural de los empleados de SEAT.

Requisitos mínimos
