**Job description**:
As **Connect** Growth Outbound Manager, you will be in charge of scaling the Outbound strategy for the Connect Marketplace in France, Canada, India and other countries.

As part of the Marketing team, you will work closely with the Business teams to develop existing accounts with Account Managers, and acquire new accounts with Business Developers.

**Your LittleBig responsibilities**:

- Use our current stack (Lemlist, Dropcontact, etc.) and improve it to achieve our objectives.
- Identify, enrich and score companies corresponding to ICP based on intent signals.
- Identify, enrich and reach personae (H Level, C Level, Managers).
- Setup automation workflows to scale outbound operations.
- Ensure quality of data transmitted to business teams.
- Set up processes to structure collaboration with business teams, be in charge of knowledge and tool distribution.
- Define and implement KPIs & Reporting to measure the effectiveness of outbound efforts and effectiveness.
- Collaborate closely with teammates such as our Rise Growth Outbound Manager, Digital Marketing Manager, CRM Manager, Sales Ops, etc.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will work closely with the marketing team to help the team members achieve their goals. This implies a broad set of punctual missions: acquire new freelancers on our marketplace, scrap contacts and build scenarios for content download or events subscription, etc.

**Our requirements**:
**✔️** French native speaker imperative, you speak English fluently.

✔️ At least 3 years of experience in Growth / Lead Gen / Sales is required.

✔️ You are curious and always eager to test new tools.

✔️ You are analytical and always base your actions on reporting.

✔️ You like no-code, automation, IA, and copywriting.

✔️ You are business oriented, with a technical appetite.
