**Job Description**:
Business Partner (BP) is a senior-level role within the Information Technology (IT) Corporate team. The BP will establish and maintain the relationship between IT and the strategic business partners and supporting functions and will act as a trusted advisor to the business, responsible for maximizing the value from IT investments, capabilities and assets in support of the overall business strategy.
The BP investigates, identifies, and analyzes problems and opportunities related to his/her area of responsibility and proactively contributes to recommendations of improvements. He/she is responsible for specifying and validating requests to a level that enables the triggering of the demand management process.
The role supports the effective use and control of financial resources
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree and/or Master’s with relevant IT or Computer science background.
- Relevant experience managing requirements through the entire delivery and operational life cycle.
- Getting commitment to action through consideration of impacts. Combining formal and informal communication channels to achieve the desired result.
- Must possess strong documentation skills, and the ability to work in rapidly changing, fast paced environment.
- Exceptionally collaborative, flexible and adaptable when working with customers and various teams.
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills to manage complex process and technology issues.
- Excellent soft skills at all levels within an organization, with the ability to communicate complex technology solutions to senior business stakeholders.
- Ability to understand business processes and new technologies quickly.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with all levels within the business as well as with external business partners.

**This position will be based at our office in Madrid.
