Our Faurecia Automotive Seating Systems Business Group is looking for a **HR Generalist** for its Production Plant at Valladolid (Spain).

The role of a **HR Generalist** is to support to HR site Manager and to provide to management on human resourses issues.

The main missions of the role are to:

- Assist the Site HR Manager in the management of HR issues in line with business objectives.
- Implement an efficient and integrated strategy for staffing, recruiting, induction, training,, etc. at site level.
- Management with public and local entities (INSS, INEM...) and University schools.
- Ensure efficient payroll and administration processes.
- Management of internal communication with employee.
- Manage industrial relations with local employee representatives.
- Implement Group HR policies and processes within the site, including "Employee Empowerment", part of the Faurecia Excellence System.
- Report relevant HR information to HR Manager.
- Bachelor's degree with a specialization in HR Management
- A good knowledge of employment law
- Familiarity with HR information and payroll systems
- International mindset

- Strong written and oral communications skills
- Minimum bilingual (English required)
