LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support our client in Valladolid. This contract role is a great opportunity for those looking to grow their HR experience with a thriving company
Qualifications:
University Degree in Labor Relations, Law, Psychology or similar.
Valuable Master in RR.HH. - Knowledge of HR regulations
Knowledge of the Workday tool will be valued.
HIGH level of ENGLISH
Personal Skills
Self-motivated person who works well with others and thinks clearly under pressure.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good interpersonal skills.
Negotiation skills: Mediation and Conflict Resolution
Experience
Minimum of 2+ years of Human Resources Generalist experience

Key activities and responsibilities:
RRHH:
Collaborate with the HR team to support the implementation of HR global and local programs, policies and practices at a local level.
Management and execution of selection processes.
Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
Respond to employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures.
Support performance management efforts, including goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development plans.
Assist in the creation and delivery of training and development programs
Support diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives.
Encourage and support managers to take charge of personnel management issues.

COMMUNICATION
Promote internal communication and encourage people's participation.
Guarantee that our talent develops and grows within our company.

STAFF ADMINISTRATION:
Manage the incorporation of new employees.
Provide support to the Personnel Administration Department.
Update systems and databases.
Monthly payroll review
Prepare information for salary reviews.
Process HR invoices in the system.
Back Office / Facility Management
Salary Range:
25.000-30.000 € per annum
