**Your Role and Responsibilities**
As a Web Content Management Consultant within the Customer Experience business unit in IBM Consulting, you will have the opportunity to work with Top Tier Companies, translating their business needs into cutting edge integrated platforms that use advanced technologies such as AI, Cloud and Blockchain to connect to their IT ecosystem putting their customers first.

A Web Content Management uses SEO tactics and CMS to maximize search rankings, optimize content, and analyze user engagement. You will work with marketing strategists, web developers, and internal communication teams to measure content effectiveness (usage, adoption, and reach), brand awareness, lead generation, customer loyalty, and user engagement.

Within the Customer Experience business unit, you will have the chance to learn with the best team of designers, business consultants and full stack developers that you ever imagine. From day one, you will be part of a team that works as a startup but thinks big, with innovation in our DNA. A team that will be more than happy to help you navigating to deal with the challenges that our customers are facing. You will work in the most “hot” and strategic areas in the market such as digital marketing, experience design, mobile & XR, digital product development and platform implementations such as Salesforce, Adobe or SAP CX. Which is the challenge?

We are hiring a Consultant to work alongside a cross-functional team of Service, Product, UX/UI Designers, Strategists, and Architects. We need a person with management skills motivated by being constantly updated about last tech and innovation.

Among other things, this will be what you will do with us:

- Understand IBM culture and iX mindset
- Support the team on project management tasks
- Research and Analyse
- Translate insights from workshops and research into digital solutions
- Support the team on Design Thinking sessions or client presentations
- Develop, create, and manage engaging content that aligns with the client’s brand strategy, and addresses the needs and interests of multiple stakeholders
- Coordinate the developments involved in the solution
- Collaborate with team members to develop a content strategy that promotes internal and external user engagement
- Use web metrics and your knowledge of digital technology to maximize search rankings, optimize content, and analyze user engagement
- Ensure consistent brand messages across all channels, and advise clients on the most
- Knowledge of effective methods for presenting content on the web

To develop these tasks you will need:

- Be curious and open-minded
- Previous experience in project management
- To be an organised person and solid knowledge in project management
- Solid knowledge in leading workshops with Design Thinking or other frameworks
- Strong problem identification and solving abilities and conceptual skills
- Be passionated by technology
- Enjoy the collaborative work
