**Your Role & Responsibilities**- To organize and coordinate the fleet of bikes for customers, testers and engineers.
- To ensure and coordinate field test according to the plan.
- Coordination with the workshops for the assembly and maintenance of bicycles.
- Support our team in Palencia with component orders and needs for our bike fleet, making sure we have spare parts and keeping the fleet in the best possible condition.
- Responsible for each step in the life cycle of the bicycles, from the components ordering to the coordination of the continuous maintenance of the bikes with the workshop to guarantee that our users can assemble them in the best conditions.
- Conducting field testing, understanding R&D demands, and coordinating and training field testers to perform the respective tests.
- Support R&D team in uploading data record and field test report for R&D.
- Pre-evaluation of field test data to support the R&D team.
- The Bike fleet coordinatir rides and accompanies our users, if necessary, to provide our customer with excellent user experience.
- Have a planning tool for testing campaigns.**Your Skills & Strengths**
- Organizational & managerial skills.
- Knowledge of road and mountain bikes, components and bike industry.
- Knowledge of specific components, technologies and trends.
- Basic mechanical knowledge such as tubeless bikes, transmission and brake alignment, suspension setups.
- + 5 years in fleet maintenance tasks.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the industry, as well as customer service orientation.
- MS Office skills, specially excel.
- Fluent in English.
- Excellent communication and organization skills and sense of responsibility.
