**Your Role & Responsibilities**- Responsable de asegurar la calidad de los productos con respecto a los requerimientos y estandards, a través de auditorias, inspección y test de los mismos. Esto incluye analizar todas las incidencias relacionadas con calidad, investigando sobre quejas de clientes y reclamaciones de los procesos de garantía.
- Analisis de calidad de componentes: baterías, motores eléctricos,etc.
- Proceso de reclamaciones de garantía desde un punto de vista técnico y administrativo.
- Explicación por escrito a las reclamaciones de garantía para devoluciones/correcciones/rechazos.
- Analisis de partes y búsqueda del origen de los problemas (root causes) utilizando herramientas de resolución de problemas.
- Desarrollo de procesos de control de calidad efectivos y documentación de esos procesos.
- Trabajo en un ambiente de equipo.**Your Skills & Strengths**
- Trabajo en un ambiente de equipo
- Mínimo requerido: FR Grado Superior (Electrónico). Conocimientos electrónicos (baterias, motores...etc).
- MF Office.
- Inglés básico.
- Experiência como técnico de calidad o técnico electrónico.
- Disponibilidad para realizar turnos rotativos (Turno de mañana: 06:00h - 14:00h/ Turno de tarde: 14:00-22:00).
