Our stakeholders can be found globally within the IT organization as well as the Business functions and our Shareholders.

**Qué esperamos**:

- As a Transformation Project Manager (M/F/diverse), you will leverage your extensive experience in managing complex projects to drive forward the user and benefit focused change strategy within the IT organization
- You will draw on your expertise of design thinking, agile project management and user experience design to champion innovation in delivery and evolving the IT operating model towards an agile framework and mindset
- Your tasks will vary from taking active ownership of initiatives and leading cross-functional teams to advising other project managers on initiating and running agile projects
- You will develop value-oriented KPIs to measure the success of the initiatives you will support
- Be responsible for building team alignment, encouraging team effort and successes, embracing continuous performance improvement through coaching, modeling the way, and developing followership through your daily interactions with the team
- Your tasks include the creation of action plans and the identification of optimization in project delivery based on project reviews and analyses you conduct
- You will be actively involved in the design and implementation of the IT transformation strategy and the implementation thereof within the global organization

**A quién buscamos**:

- Degree in business administration, computer science or equal business experiences
- Several years of experience in delivery of complex projects (waterfall, iterative, hybrid, agile), preferably global in nature
- Consulting experience or mindset with the ability to effectively collaborate with business and IT partners and to foster strong relationships with them to aid successful project delivery
- Strong presentation skills and confidence in dealing with executives
- A proactive, flexible and independent working style, requiring limited guidance and with the ability to perform tasks to a high degree of accuracy You have a dynamic personality and you are confident in ambiguous situations
- You are a team player with a collaborative and pragmatic style, strong analytical and strategic skills
- You are experienced in managing stakeholders in a multi-cultural global environment, previously worked in matrix function is beneficial
- Fluency in English (written and spoken; Minimum level: B2)
