**RWE Renewables ist Teil des RWE-Konzerns und einer der größten Akteure im Bereich der erneuerbaren Energien in Europa. Das Team der Technischen Leistungsanalyse ist für die Analyse der SCADA- und CMS-Daten von Windturbinen zuständig, um Komponenten
- und Leistungsprobleme bei allen Turbinen unserer Flotte zu identifizieren.

Der CMS-Analyst wird sich darauf konzentrieren, die Betriebseffizienz von Windparks durch technische Unterstützung des Betriebs, des Asset Managements und anderer Funktionen zu optimieren.

**Aufgaben:
- Analyse von Vibrationsdaten des Antriebsstrangs. Identifizierung von Turbinenzuverlässigkeit, technischenProblemen und Root-Cause-Analysis. Definition von kritischen Schwellenwerten und Empfehlung von Maßnahmen,ggf. Unterstützung von O&M.
- Unterstützung bei der Inbetriebnahme neuer CMS-Installationen und Unterstützung des In-housing-Prozesses derAnalyse von der Garantieperiode bis zum vollen Zugriff der RWE RE
- Nutzung mehrerer Software-Plattformen für die Online-Zustandsüberwachung von Turbinen. Definition vonParametern, Alarmstufen und Konfigurationen auf Flottenebene Aufbau und Pflege von allgemein verwendeten Datenbanken für z.B. Komponentenausfälle, kinematische Datenvon Komponenten usw.

**Weitere Aufgaben:
- Zustandsbewertung von Windenergieanlagen und ihren Hauptkomponenten durch Analyse von Vibrationsdaten desAntriebsstrangs, Zusammenarbeit mit Performance-Analysten bei der Analyse von SCADA-Daten.
- Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Richtlinien und technischen Standards für die Vibrationsüberwachung, die dieGrundlage für z. B. Beschaffungsspezifikationen und Betriebsabläufe bilden
- Koordination innerhalb von Technical Performance Analysis und Stakeholder-Management; Standardisierung vonAktivitäten rund um den CMS-Prozess und aktiver Austausch mit dem Windparkpersonal bezüglich des ConditionMonitoring-Systems Definition und Aktualisierung von Alarmstufen und Parametern für Ölverschmutzung/-verschlechterung, Analyse desÖlzustands anhand von Online-Geräten, Überprüfung von Ölanalyseberichten bei Bedarf.

**Qualifikationen**:

- Hochschulabschluss in naturwissenschaftlichen Fächern, Physik, Ingenieurwissenschaften und/oder Mathematik
- Kenntnisse in Turbinentechnik und Windenergieumwandlung
- Lokale und/oder globale Zertifizierung als Schwingungsanalytiker nach ASNT- und ISO-Norm (ISO 18436) oder gleichwertig ist von Vorteil.
- Mindestens 1 Jahr Erfahrung in der Schwingungs
- und Zustandsüberwachung
- Fähigkeit zur Kommunikation und effektiven Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Projektteams
